I’m Julie JM. “JM” sounds like *j’aime* — “I love” in French. I love cats. I love mountains. I love cycling adventures. I love writing and playing with language. And I love music. From a very young age, I decided that singing would be part of my life — and that’s exactly what I did. I studied classical voice, then branched out into musical theatre, pop and folk, all while discovering my own musicality and developing my personal style.
Today, I write, sing and play ukulele in three very different musical projects: **Onezie Parade, Pretty Notes and Massive Potato**. In the summer, you can also find me with my ukulele at markets and on beaches throughout the Kootenays. I’m delighted to be part of the next edition of **Pacifique en chanson**, and I can’t wait to share some of my favourite songs.
